Job Title: Human Resource Manager.

Position reports to: Director of human resource.
Job Purpose Summary: Direct and Coordinate human resource management activities of an organization by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resource policies, programmes and practices.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: * Identify, Plan, Prepare and Implement the annual Human Resource plan to support the overall strategic aims and objectives of the company and make strategic Human Resource projects as and when required. * Provide support to managers in the recruitment of all employees and participate in the selection of employees as appropriate. * Provide current and future employees with information about policies, job duties, terms and conditions of employment, wages, promotions and employee benefits. * Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing human resource requirements and advice management on compliance and risk factors. * Manage investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters in conjunction with Director of Human Resource. * Develop, implement and maintain Human
