The Holy Grail For Hair Color Summary
The holy grail for hair color. Dean Christal speaks in a language of chemistry, that most wouldn’t understand. The part that anyone could understand is that, the most world famous chemist from the polymer field of chemistry, with countless awards and patents to his name, has created a new molecule that can link broken bonds in the hair shaft back together. All the while, never being in the hair industry, he has created the most innovative and thought after hair product. One simple molecule. One simple ingredient. With anything but simple results.
If there's one thing any blonde could agree on, it's that bleaching your hair isn't fantastic for it. Blondes all know the dry, brittle breaking mess of hair you are left with after lightening hair.

As Rachel would prefer to not use bleach in the service but would like to keep her hair at a level 8 then I would recommend using a tint application instead of another bleaching service that will cause further breakage and be less harsh on her hair. To match the colour of her ends I have chosen to use Kolosten Perfect 8/07 (light blonde natural brown). Using a tint on the natural regrowth will lift her natural level and will colour over her artificial colour on her ends.…

The poem, "Black Hair by Gary Soto describes a boy who had and probably still has a love and passion for baseball. Many images throughout this poem support this fact. For example, "In the bleachers I was brilliant with my body, waving players in and stomping my feet," "His crouch the one I assumed before an alter of worn baseball cards in my room," and "…in my mind I rounded the bases with him, my face flared, my hair lifting/Beautifully," show how much he loves the game of baseball by putting himself, through imagination, into the game as if he was a player or coach himself.…

The author Alfonso Lacayo transports us to his experience in the summer of fourth grade, he had everything he needed for school, books, clothes, shoes, except one thing, a haircut. Similar to most children in fourth grade he was not worried about the condition of his hair. Saying he never brushed it or took care of it, which how many fourth graders felt about their hair. The author used humor to make the audience relate to his story, he drew people in with funny aspects. Repetition was used to show how bad his hair really was when he said multiple people told him he needed a haircut. The use of those techniques make Lacayo and his story relatable to many people.…

Let us begin by considering where blondes first became the brunt of jokes and considered to be empty headed bird brains. There are several theories as to the origins. One that I find hilarious is that the ancient Greeks and Romans held a deep admiration for their flaxen-haired neighbors. As a result, they bleached their own hair. This repeated bleaching of the scalp and consequent inhalation could have had an effect on one’s mental status. Another theory is that during the Middle Ages, the common people were the ones who had to work laboriously outside in the fields. This caused their hair to lighten and being the lower class with no formal education, they were viewed as being unintelligent. Blonde jokes entered the American culture in the 1900s. (Wikipedia) Whether these influences are the real reasons for the continuing stamp of ignorance blondes receive, the stereotype itself is a powerful influence on the way…

According to Ayana D. Byrd and Lori L. Tharps book, Black hair, what motivated African Americans to attempt to straighten their hair stems from their desire to “emulate European standards of beauty, dress, and behavior” (26). This was because their importance were not their education and training, but the way they presented themselves that mattered to society. Due to this, businesses started exploited their eagerness to counter the main stream stigma- even black entrepreneurs. In the early 1900s, two black-owned companies named The Poro and The Madam C.J. Walker company emerged, and both created products designed to treat black women’s damaged, nappy hair. They both even have made major contributions to their African-American community. For…

While there might not be a whole lot of research on the IQ status of blondes vs. brunettes in the scientific world, there are some interesting studies done every few years to see what countries have "the smartest" kids. The Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) conducts a test of 15-year-olds around the world every three years to compare student Performance. This past year, Finland scored the highest. Yes, Taiwan and South Korea were up there too, but so interesting That the Nordic, blonde-haired Finnish kids scored the…

Although the melanin is still there the oxidized molecules are…

There is an excellent diversity in dark male haircuts. Dark colored folks have the most different mane texture on earth: kinky, wild and curly. Their hair can be shape-shifted like no person you might have ever seen. The grade of their scalp has a whole lot regarding their ancestry and weather these black men are born in, which is why the hairstyle of every region of black men differs from each other. Thickness and coarseness of these hairs are because of the harshness of the surroundings black men are born in (or their ancestors were born in). Their wild hair also grows up at a slower rate than that of other races (That same weather and climate things come up here again).…

    Hairy Indigo Case Study

Indigofera hirsuta L. or hairy indigo is an annual erect to spreading shrub that is native to Africa and Asia. It is a warm season plant and not frost tolerant. It is a diploid species with 2n= 16. It is naturalized in Florida and many other tropical and subtropical areas worldwide. Hairy indigo is known to have hard seed and should be scarified for uniform germination. Being hard seeded is beneficial for self-reseeding in pastures and cover crops. This persistence in other crops can cause it to be a troubling weed due to its height, canopy and woody stems that can interfere with crop harvesting (Ferrell et al., 2015). Hairy indigo has limit record for agricultural use, but has been used and researched in Florida for use…
