The Cowardly Lion And The Hungry Tiger
I read The Cowardly Lion and The Hungry Tiger written by L. Frank Baum. This story is about a city which was ruled by a princess and the princess was guarded by two great beast known as the Cowardly Lion and the Hungry Tiger.

The character in this story that caught my admiration is the Hungry Tiger. Firstly, this character is job conscious as well as an attention seeker. This aspect of hers can be seen in the text where the Hungry Tiger and her friend the Cowardly Lion recognizes the fact that they have got little or no job to do by protecting the princess because the people of OZ were not troublesome thereby making them look more like decorations besides the princess rather than guards.
