The City Life and the Country Life
Living area has always been a hotly discussed topic. Each person has their own preferences for staying in either a city, or the countryside. The typical differences between the city life and the country life will be soundly presented in this piece of paper.

A city life differs from a country life in term of food and intellectual stimulation. To begin with, living in the city offers you various kinds of food. Cities are supposed to be the biggest food markets, therefore chefs do not have to travel far to get the oversea ingredients. Moreover, the city is certain to provide more facilities needed for intellectual stimulation than the countryside. Some of the major ones include modern technologies in universities, the diversity of books and magazines in libraries and bookstores, the enormous number of artworks in galleries and museums...

On the other hand, the country life contrasts with the city life regarding food and intellectual stimulation. Citizens in the countryside areas might not have a long list of foods, but they can guarantee that what they have been eating is totally safe because it is self-produced. More interestingly, many people consider the countryside an ideal place for educating a cultured person. Since it does not have as many amenities as the city, life in the country brings up more contemplative peace and quietness. One would have more time interact with himself, without being distracted by the outside elements as in a city.

In brief, there are remarkable differences in food and intellectual stimulation between a city life and a country life. I highly recommend that you should consider my essay to make an appropriate decision on which area is the most suitable for

There are many differences between living in the city or in a country setting, but the country setting has many more advantages over the city. The air and water quality and other environment factors are improved in the country setting. The school system is safer and less crowded in a rural setting. The roads are not loaded with traffic and taxis. The country is safer than the city and crime rates are lower. In the country, there is an abundance of trees and vegetation. In the country, there are parks and open spaces, and there is a variety of wildlife to observe. Although some of the reasons why one might choose to live in either place are left to personal preference, there are many factors based solely on facts.…

Many families and individuals find themselves at some point questioning the advantages of city living versus country living. It is nearly impossible to find a good answer to this question. What is good for one person might not be good for another. Some people enjoy the busy, hyper active metropolitan city where they can use all amenities and have unlimited opportunities for work and leisure. At the same time, other people feel the urge to be closer to Mother Nature, relaxation, beauty, and peace. They take pleasure in living in the calm and peaceful environment of the countryside and spending their free time fishing, hiking, picking berries in the woods, or playing in the creek. In my opinion, the nature of urban and rural life style and the effect it has on people is the most important difference between living in the city and living in the country. I feel fortunate to have grown up in the rural area. I would never trade my memories of playing in the creek, riding four wheelers, or climbing trees all within a short walk from my house. Health, education, and transportation are three major concerns that need to be considered. While city life can bring more opportunities in these cases, country life can provide the best of both worlds.…

Unlike the country, the city is full of action. The city is full of different colorful lights at night, tall and short buildings all around, vehicles traveling at a steady pace, and people walking towards their destination. In the city, not much of nature or animals are within sight. It is a place that is fast paced compared to the country which is a slow paced environment. If you have two choices: life in the city or in the country, which one will you choose? .Some people think that city life has more benefits than country life; however, some people agree that country life is a real life like a nice dream: hearing nature’s music, seeing sights of the land and its beauty, and planting trees. Even though, city living and country living might be considered similar, as night and day but from a broader perspective, they both have some differences in conveniences, life conditions, and people's characteristics,…

Transportation is a big factor of difference for both areas. The idea of walking to places is strange to the city life individual, but in the country life, it’s an everyday thing. Being a healthy factor of walking, the country life gains a recollection of the idea. In contrast, a city has many more things going on so places are spread out drastically so the need for cars, subways, and busses is needed for the busy rush hour of the city life. A large disadvantage of this situation is the pollution level is created with all the happenings of the city.…

The layout of the city life is much more modern in style than the farm life. Usually, the scenery in a city is of high buildings, loud, and not as green, but it does offer more conveniences. City life is better described as being at a faster pace, and having peer pressure along with work pressure. In the city, there are a big variety of universities, colleges, schools, museums, theaters, and markets. These days people usually prefer the modern lifestyle. People in the city tend to give their everyday needs the same priority as their materialistic desires. City dwellers can be easily embarrassed if they have an older car or if they have a job that pays less than their friends or relatives.…
