The best way to learn another language is by being around speakers of the particular language you wish to learn. This may not be possible, so you could take a course in that language. There are three following steps of a way to learn another language. A. Each person must take course in that language 1. Going abroad 2. Institution

B. Each person must learn how to speak correctly in that language 1. Accent 2. Tone 3. Phonetic

C. Each person must gains language knowledge by using internet 1. Talk via Skype 2. Join an online community

In conclusion, the best way to learn another language is not too difficult to begin if each person is following the steps. Moreover, there are so many details about learning another language not just those are mentioned above. The more of finding an information, the more to learn faster while going abroad is not necessary.

The best way to learn another language is by being around speakers of the particular language you wish to learn. This may not be possible, so you could take a course in that language. You could also teach yourself a few new words each day and review them all every day. You could try practicing with someone who knows the language to get the correct grammar, accent, tone, etc. You could also buy or borrow books and tapes of the language. Practice the things you've learned by reading, writing, speaking, and listening to that language.
First of all, taking course is a simple way that most of people try to gain another language. Each person may take course abroad which is a good chance to meet local people or the owner of the language that wish to learn. It is suddenly that learner may get another language in a short time because an owner of a language can speaks writing and pronouncing best.
