Organization, Location and Corporate Governance: The company which will be analyzed is TELUS corporation, the head office is located at 510 W. Georgia St, 23rd Floor, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6B 0M3. The chairman of the board of directors is R.H. (Dick) Auchinleck, the chief executive officer/president is Darren Entwistle, chief financial officer is Doug French. The corporate directors are Donald Woodley and John S. Lacey.

Organizational Structure: TELUS provides a wide range of telecommunications products and services including internet access, voice, entertainment, healthcare, video, satellite and IPTV television, and it can be specified by the kinds of product as “Wireline” and “Wireless”. The company has three divisions: Telus Internet, Telus TV and Telus mobility.
TELUS also has two subsidiary companies: Koodo and Public, which located in Vancouver, British Columbia and Toronto, Ontario.

Summary of Auditing Firm’s Report According to the annual report of the last three years, TELUS was audited by Deloitte LLP, an independent registered public accounting firm have audited the accompanying consolidated financial statements of TELUS Corporation and subsidiaries.
