Tarmac would most certainly appeal to the student as a potential employer.
The reasons why the organisation appeals to the student is that Tarmac as an organisation offers to their staff a diverse range of challenging and exciting roles, they invest in people with the aim to retain them and develop their employees to be and become the best.
They encourage their people to challenge the status quo. They continuously motivate their staff to consider new ways on how they might do things differently
The student also shares their values and has the drive and enthusiasm to help Tarmac fulfil their vision.
Tarmac is known for upholding their values and principals as this is at the heart of their business and forms an integral part of everything
