SWOT ANALYSIS
SWOT ANALYSIS is the method used to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses within a business and the opportunities and threats that exist outside the business that will affect the ability of that business to achieve its objective.SWOT analysis is a method for analyzing a business, its resources, and its environment (Jim Riley,2012)
Strengths

* Fashionable and weare able exclusive and unique print design.
Our MHK boutique is design from our designer so products are one of it’s kinds and cannot be found at other boutique shop. Besides, our clothes are fashionable.

* Offers high end affordable clothes
The prices of our clothes are not expensive. Everyone is affords to buy our online boutique.

* Excellent Quality products
Our MHK boutique provides good quality product so customer can feel relieved to purchase our clothes. It can build a good reputation to our online boutique.

* Innovation
We bring innovation by dividing our product in three segments which is lower class,middle class and upper class.

* Variety stuff
Our MHK boutique has sell a lot of stuff such as clothes, accessories, and shoes. It can ease to customer. For example, when customer is purchase a set of clothes and they want to find accessories to match with their clothes. Thus, customer is does not need to panic to think and visit our shop to buy accessories.

Weaknesses * Small product range
Our MHK boutique has a small product range because we are sell women stuff only and we do not sell male clothes. Thus, our profit margin will be decrease. * Not much advertising coverage.
We just use internet to advertising our online boutique. * Lower profit margin to compete with Big Box stores.
