TRAIN TICKET ISSUING SYSTEM
An automated ticket issuing system sells rail tickets. Users select their destination, and input a credit card and a personal identification number. The rail ticket is issued and their credit card account charged with its cost. When the user presses the start button, a menu display of potential destinations is activated along with a message to the user to select a destination. Once a destination has been selected, users are requested to input their credit card. Its validity is checked and the user is then requested to input a personal identifier. When the credit transaction has been validated the ticket is issued.
1. Can Customer buy several tickets for the same destination together or must they be bought one at a time? * No, because there’s only one user who can input a credit card and identification number. The system can only provide potential destination but you cannot buy several tickets at the same time.
2. Can Customers cancel a request if a mistake has been made? * Yes, after you select your destination, the user is requested to input their credit card. If the mistake was made, you can cancel the transaction because you did not input your credit card. * If you have been issued a receipt, it depends to the management if they allow you to cancel your request or destination.
3. How should the system respond if an invalid cards in input? * If the card’s input is invalid, the message will display “Please check your credit card if it is valid or not!” * The machine beeps with a prompt on the screen informing the customer for the invalid process. 4. What happens if customers try to put their card in before selecting a destination? * The system will display a message “Please select your destination first before you put your credit card.”
5. Must they press the start button again if they want to buy another ticket to a different destination? * Yes, because the system allows only buying
