Sushi and Fish
Sushi is one of the most famous and traditional foods in Japan. Most Japanese like sushi and even foreign people do. However, only a few people know how to make sushi correctly. Just making sushi is very simple. you just hold rice with your hand and make a shape and put raw fish on it. However, if you want to make good sushi, it is not so easy. You will need to practice a lot to make sushi properly. It is said that it takes you more than 10 years to be a good sushi chef. However, don't worry about it. Once you know how to make sushi, you will become able to make sushi at home and serve it to your family. Actually, I used to work for a sushi company as a chef for a long time, so I know the process of how to make sushi a bit. Therefore, I'm going to tell you how to make sushi at home. When you make sushi at home, you have to prepare several things in advance. At first, you should get good and fresh fish. It 's very important because you use raw fish. Actually it is not so hard for you to choose fresh fish. You will be able to distinguish fresh ones easily if you look at and smell fish carefully. However, It is very difficult to choose good fish. Fresh fish don't always taste good. You will need to have a lot of experiences to tell between them. Therefore, that's the biggest difference between you and a good sushi chef. Secondly, you have to prepare a knife. When you cut fish, it is better to use a knife for fish. The knife is quite different from an ordinary knife. An ordinary knife usually has two edges, but a knife for fish has only one side edge, It is a special knife for cutting fish and it is very useful when you slice fish for sushi. However, it doesn't matter even if you don't have one. You can substitute an ordinary knife for the fish knife if you sharpen it. Then, when you slice raw fish, you have to be careful about the cut direction. Fish have a lot of strings on their bodies. They stream in the same direction. Therefore, make sure you cut fish

Dietary Guidelines have slowly but surely changed how, where, and why people buy food and eat out. If a business hopes to survive, they must make gradual changes to meet customer needs and Dietary Guidelines. According to Celentano (2012): “Consumers base their decisions on convenience, ambiance, budget, what their family wants, menu options, and the brand of restaurant “. On the way to the front of the front of the train, there is a short stop where the rebels who have made it thus far eat some sushi, at Mason’s suggestion. What is particularly noteworthy, however, is the point that the sushi is not served year-round. Mason explains that serving sushi year-round would not be sustainable, due to the fact that the train is a closed system. The fact that serving sushi year-round would deplete the supply to the point where there would be no more sushi in the future suggests that the number of people consuming sushi has exceeded the amount that the system can support naturally, as a result, artificial rules with regard to when sushi can be served must be enforced, so that consumption is limited and can be sustained. In addition, this excess of people is in the front section alone. If those in the back were also eating sushi, the availability would have to be even more…

Fish have lots of protein and are very healthy. Most people think just because they don't have a fishing pole and hooks they cannot get fish. Nothing could be farther from the truth, a lot of deferent fish hooks, spears and traps can be made of wood and carved with a knife. If you are fishing with a hook and line there are a few important things you will need. You will need a hook, line, and bait. If you don't have these things they can be easily made. To make a fish hook all you need is a knife and some wood or bone. A very simple and effective hook to make is a gorge hook. All you need to do is take a stick, break it to the length needed then sharpen it into a point at both ends. If you don't have a line you can make one out of tough plant fibers. Basswood, elm, cedar, nettle, yucca are very good plans to use. The fiber will be easier to work with if it is soaked in water for a few minutes. To make the fibers into strong line, tie two ends together, then start twisting the fibers clockwise, twist each one individually and not together, until tight. Then wrap them together in a counter clockwise and tie them at the end. The opposite twisting and wrapping help keep the line from unwinding. To get bait use bugs or worms. When you fish cut open the belly to see what they are eating. If you don't want to stay with your line for hours there are things to do so you don't have to sit there with it. You can make a Twitch-up…

Back then I realized how important it is to follow exactly and strictly all rules and instructions to the exact recipes, how important every detail is, the precise technique that every professional chef should know. Working as a steward and assistant cook on a small international crew in a shipping company, I was able to visit exotic and amazing places. I touched up to very different cultures and flavors, tastes and traditions. My colleagues, who were all of different races and cultures, showed me a variety of new recipes and traditions in cooking and were always ready to discuss with me what's new in the field of culinary. It was new spices, new techniques of cooking, new ideas for me. I…
