The reporting party (RP) stated on January 25, 2015 the foster mother Yolanda Calhoun contacted The FFA to report an incident that occurred in the hom. According to the foster mother 6 year old Bradley reported he attempted to hump 8 year old Derrick Davis Jr. and another resident. The foster mother was in the kitchen cooking at the time and the children were in another room. Bradley yelled out for the foster mother who went to the room immediately. The foster parent did not observed any inappropriate activity. The RP stated the Bradely has a history of sexually aggressive behavior toward his peers and the foster mother was aware of his behavior.
