 Summary

This
 report
 looks
 to
 cover
 the
 scope
 of
 a
 Glo-‐bus
  assignment
 that
 commenced
 over
 an
 18
 week
  period.
 During
 this
 time,
 teams
 were
 assembled
  within
 a

 group.

  At
 the
 beginning
 this
 report
 the
 author
 looks
 at
 the

 involved
 in
 reflecting,
 why
 it
  occurs
 and
 its
 relation
 to
 the

 to
 Gibb’s
 Learn
 by

 cycle.
  All
 six

 looking
  at
 the

 of
 the
 incident
 to
 the
 analysis
 of

 scenario
 through.
  There
 are
 many
 concepts
 and
 theories
 that
 have
  been
 applied
 to
 these
 segments
 to
 allow
 a
 greater

 in
 the
 reader's
 mind.

  The
 conclusion
 of
 the
 report
 highlights
 the
 main
  findings
 and
 learned
 skills,
 it
 also
