If I Were a Cartoon Character If I were a cartoon character I would choose Squidward from Spongebob for several reasons. First, he is a myopic squid that lives under the sea. How awesome is that? Second, he is a gifted musician and his orthography is music. Whenever he comes up with new lyric while playing his clarinet he had to come up with a nomenclature for it. Lastly, Squidward has good pecuniary skills. He never wastes his money on pointless things. Fourth, He is loyal and hard working. He never leaves his parameter during work on a paradigm shift. He is an omnipotent and obsequious individual. Even if his pay is paltry, he still gives a good effort during work. For example, when Spongebob is absent from work, he will need to take over SpongeBob’s spot even if he is a neophyte at grilling patties. Lastly, he is a pejorative person. If Spongebob and Patrick get in to an arguments he will be a nonsectarian neighbor because he is too mature for their business. All in all, I love Squidward because he has a unique personality.

Within the clips, when the estranged squid Durwood returns to Appalachia for a family visit, his wife tells the children to remember “good touch, bad touch” before they get out of the car. During this visit, the granny squid calls the children who are part squid, part human, half-breeds. The Appalachian squids could not understand the air conditioning in the car, and accused the city folk of “probably paying for water, too.” The older squid, Early, displays a perverse attitude toward the white woman, groping her and using disrespectful language. He also indicates to the out of towners that he is broke and needs a hand out, and admits the money will go toward his addiction. He is surprised that the visitors…

In the Spongebob episode there is much more of a rising action, climax, and resolution; while in the Simpsons’ episode Bart is killed immediately at the start of the episode. As stated before the humor in Spongebob is not very dark at all, the worst thing that occurs is that the Flying Dutchman says that he’ll take people’s souls. With The Simpsons there is so much disturbing content that it is hard to pick out what is the darkest. The Simpsons also acknowledged events that occur in the real world, while Spongebob is very cartoon oriented, and a lot more simple than The Simpsons. But both are also similar in a few ways. In the end there is a twist in both episodes. Sideshow Bob has never succeeded to kill Bart so it was incredibly unexpected that he would kill him in this episode, especially so early on in the episode. In Spongebob at the end nobody expected spongebob to look like that. Also both episodes do utilize shadows to make the atmosphere for “spooky” moments appear…

Piggy was also the democrat of the boys, he thought things through, he was equal, rational, and had a mindset of being rescued, and not wanting to be stuck on the island. Ralph is overjoyed that there are no grownups on the island, but Piggy can envision the consequences of the pilots death, and the fact that nobody was a mature adult, and they couldn’t make mature decisions. Piggy was not elected chief because of his look and probably because of his name. ‘he was shorter than the fair boy and very fat’ (pg…

I think that Soda’s two traits that I picked him, describe him in a good ways. He is very empathetic and seemed like he was always worried about Pony and his other brother Darry but he was very understanding about what was going on with them. Soda is really handsome but that didn’t make him conceited or anything, he was proud of his good looks, but he didn’t flaunt them or brag about it. I admire Soda; he is a very caring person and was never rude to anyone unless there was a really good reason to be. I wish I a had a personality like him, not caring what other people thought and just moving on with…

The main character of the series, Sam, was a humanoid-like character. Sam never spoke, but would lip-sync to any song. He likewise had his own delightful, goofy puppet who was created of papier-mâché. The show also included Kermit--not yet the frog--before his banjo playing days. These characters were created by Jim Henson but were performed by both him and his…

Sydney Carton- Sydney Carton has the evil figure that truly has a good heart archetype. Although he is not a true villain, he feels he has no future for himself and is basically a bum. He is the most dynamic character in the story and throughout you can see him evolve. "It is a far, far better thing that I do, than I have ever done; it is a far, far better rest that I go to than I have ever known” (Dickens, 360) In the end he comes through for Lucie and Charles and commits an extremely noble act by sacrificing himself.…

Sodapop is the best character in the book “The Outsiders”, because he genuinely cares about everyone in the story. No matter what the task if the gang or a brother needed a favor or some assistance he was always there. He has that cool that everyone loves, and is just a good guy.
