Good citizens are very important to a good country. The United States is planning to create a colony on the moon and they need a group of people with the skills to handle many different tasks. NASA feels confident about the technology and they need 1000 people to send it. How many of each type of citizen should be sent to colonize the moon? The new lunar colony will need 200 personally responsible citizens, 300 participatory citizens, and 500 justice-oriented citizens.

The lunar colony should have 200 personally responsible citizens if it is going to be successful. Personally responsible citizens are those who look after and care for themselves responsibly. They can contribute by donations of food, money, and resources. They choose not to be a burden and are honest and fair. The lunar colony needs 200 personally responsible citizens because they are independent and willing to give to other peoples needs. If there were no personally responsible citizens, there wouldn't be a person that could confidently stand as their own. Without them, there would be no one to organize, lead, or come up with certain
