1. SGT Savage the purpose for this counseling is to inform you that your leave form is being disapproved. SGT Savage there is a shortage of 42A across the brigade, I have already approve your paperwork to go up further to leave Fort leave 60 days early during our critical phase of not having any personnel in the shop, in addition to that you have been approve for 45 days of leave, 4 day pass and approve you to go to CLS for 4 days to continue your military education. SGT Savage just because you are PCSing does not give you the right to stop working, I give you ample time to do appointments, household goods etc.… if you have to attend. As NCOs we still lead Soldiers to the very in.

    The counseling process is the guidance that leaders in the Army use to proper review the subordinate’s performance and a way to follow up on any improvement the soldiers made during the time frame of the counseling. They are different categories of developmental counseling that will help the soldier on every aspect of his career.
