Servant Leadership Report
In the College of Business (COB); an institution which offers, financial assistance and deals in book-keeping, occupational supervisor, public service and public exchange (The Free Dictionary, 2015). Three unique pillars are known to shape and manufacture the way business view proposals, regulated responsibilities and determined strategies whereby commerce are able to shine and be effective in the world of management.
According to philosopher Greenleaf, a renowned specialist in the subject of organization, management and training concludes; servant leadership are willing to eagerly control the environment, leaders of service are used to serving first; this one hope to deepen the existences of publics, constructs superior groups of societies

Valuable servant leader have a tendency to be more prepared and preoccupied. Servant entrepreneur’s prime candidate learn to utilize a far-reaching ranges of perspectives in which business can be contingent upon; management gifts, the one in question are likely to motivate surroundings for an all-inclusive quality of development in any location.
Furthermore, servant leadership are proven to be survivor; warriors and effective competitors during tough times, such select few gains such respect due to unpretentious, hardworking, commitment front-runners (Nadkarni, 2013).
On top, the College of Business pillar; servant managements toils to bring into being; radical and self-discipline line of attacks; these extremist are motivated by demands, crucial tasks and certainties that builds up the total prerequisites of the company.
