System Proposal:
“Automated Payroll System (APS)”

MAIN OBJECTIVE:

Computers have the great impact on the profession of accounting. With the rapid growth of technology today, there is no doubt that computer will become a common asset in all profession.
As computer technology changes at such fast phase, many businesses sectors try to cope up by upgrading computer system constantly in order to stay competitive. The multi-function ability of technology for its advance system is also an important factor for a company to use software.

The Automated Payroll System is one of the software that the professional is develop, the system is good for its specialty in the fields of accounting, it is easy to use and effective and efficient in organizing and calculating the payroll process. And have the employer to save more.

While in manual system payroll are difficult and hard-work, you need more time in order to make your company payroll computations accurately, manageable and reliable to your employees payroll.

In addition, in manual computation we cannot say that, there are no human errors in computing the payroll, same in computerization process, but similar to the manual process. And because of the bulkiness of the company employee that needs to pay for their services, the company needs more time to calculate and to reconcile their payroll.

In order to solution this problem, the professionals developed the alternative solutions using the advance technology, by merging the software and hardware technology. It is a Computerized Payroll System.

The system will give a big relief to the employee and employers as well, to minimized their time consuming for inputting information and computations to the payroll process.

SECONDARY OBJECTIVE:

The computerized payroll system program also allows the monthly payroll schedule to be calculated accurately. Just by having all employee information, like names, working hours, wages, deductions, etc. To enter in the database, therefore, payroll can be done with the guide of the program.

This computerized payroll system aims to develop a reliable and manageable computerized payroll systems and for a better manageable of a business.

While in manual system, accuracy is not hundred present. Time consuming is also occurred in manual payroll computation which makes the company to pay their employee more in their basic salaries, because of the extension of their works.

The Functions and Features of the system, is to access the present payroll system.
1.) To identify the profile of the employee in terms of their. a.) Name b.) Age. c.) Gender. d.) Civil Status. e.) Position. f.) No. of working Hours. g.) Deductions. h.) Wages. Etc.
2.) It will help the company to answer the problems from the old payroll system.
3.) To find out the procedure of the present system.
4.) It gives a company the accuracy and effectiveness in terms of computing a payroll.
5.) It gives the company to save more time to process the payroll.
6.) The company is secured from unauthorized person, because the system is developed with a Secured domain password.
7.) The system is user friendly and helped the user to make their reports in time.
