Romeo And Juliet Changes Essay
After Romeo got banished for killing Tybalt, who killed Mercutio (the prince’s relative). Juliet’s parents, Capulet, and Lady Capulet forced Juliet to marry Paris, but Juliet and Romeo were already married. So, Juliet made an excuse to meet Friar Laurence, after meeting him. They made a plan to stop the marriage by giving Juliet a sleeping potion that made her seem like she’s dead, and after she takes it, they would hold a funeral for her. Then, they would put her in the tomb, after that Romeo would receive a letter from the Friar, saying that Juliet is alive and is pretending to be dead, and he should go get her from her tomb and run away to Mantua with her. The next day, the nurse found Juliet “dead”, the Capulet changed everything to hold a funeral, at the same time Friar sends …show more content…
When he got there Paris thought that Romeo was trespassing and wanted to disturb the rest of the dead Capulet's. Paris started a sword fight with Romeo, and Romeo killed Paris. When Romeo went to close to Juliet, she still looked like she was alive. Romeo kissed her and killed himself by drinking a bottle of poison that he got from the apothecary. Then, a bit later, the Friar went to the tomb and sees Paris dead on the floor, when he went close to Juliet, he sees Romeo dead on the floor beside Juliet. The Friar hears noises, and Juliet wakes up from her sleep, the Friar told her that they have to leave because people are coming. While about to leave, Juliet sees Romeo on the floor and starts to cry, while the Friar runs away. After seeing Romeo dead, she decides to kill herself with Romeo’s sword. If only the two families weren’t rivals, it wouldn’t have led to their death. The death of two lovers and their love for each other brought the hatred for the two families to an end. With the families coming to together show a kind of happy ending that the two lovers

When Romeo Montague and his friends gate-crash Lord Capulet’s party, the last thing he imagined he would do is find the love of his life, Juliet. After realising Romeo is the son of her father’s sworn enemy they decide to keep their relationship secret and get married behind her families back. When Romeo’s best friend Mercutio is stabbed and killed by Juliet’s cousin Tybalt, Romeo kills Tybalt and is declared banished. Meanwhile, Juliet’s father, Lord Capulet, decides to cheer his daughter up by allowing her to marry Paris, though unknown to him, she is already married. Severely wanting to get out of this marriage and with her husband, Romeo, in a different town, Juliet seeks assistance from the priest, father Lawrence, who hands her a ‘poison’ which will mimic death for 24 hours, after her funeral she would be placed into a vault and when she awakes from her deep sleep her and Romeo would be able to run away to be together. Romeo is unaware of this plan as he is out when the messenger arrives so when his friend Balthasar learns of the death he immediately travels to tell Romeo. With Romeo thinking his love is dead he takes the risk of going back to Verona to say his final farewell to Juliet, when he arrives he is automatically spotted and the police, once Romeo had purchased poison he makes his way to the church. Soon enough, father Lawrence learns that Romeo has no idea Juliet is actually still alive.     The bodies of Romeo Montague and Juliet Capulet were found today in the Capulet tomb. Romeo had taken a poison, and Juliet stabbed herself with Romeo’s dagger. But the question is why? It all begins with the feuding Montagues and Capulets. Romeo and his friends sneak into a Capulet party, where Romeo meets and falls in love with Juliet. With the help of Friar Lawrence, who hopes to reconcile the families, they are secretly married the next day. Juliet’s cousin Tybalt, who hates the Montagues more than anyone, challenges Romeo to a fight. Romeo refuses. Mercutio is offended by the way Tybalt treats them and accepts the fight on Romeo’s behalf. Mercutio ends up getting killed. Romeo loses his self control and kills Tybalt in return, which leads to his exile by the Prince. He threatens to execute Romeo if he returns. Juliet is distressed. The Capulets misinterpret it, and threaten to disown her if she does not marry Paris. Friar Lawrence gives Juliet a potion that will put her in a death like state. Balthasar, unaware of the plan, gives Romeo false news that Juliet is dead. Heartbroken, Romeo purchases a poison and goes to the Capulet tomb where he murders Paris. In the story, Friar acts as a reoccurring figure for advice to the two lovers, however, his advice and actions did not prove worthy. Friar married the two lovers, gave Juliet the sleeping potion that lead to her, Paris, and Romeo's death, and despite faking her death with the sleeping potion he waited until the final day of the potions lifespan to inform Romeo; because of his late delivery, the letter never reached Romeo.
