Introduction
Currently Sum Soft Inc is a Global IT Staffing Company provides Software Consulting Services in HealthCare, Retail, and Banking Domains with branches across the USA, India. Sum Soft Inc is the fastest growing staffing company with more than 1000 Employees in the different divisions. By the 2017 Sum Soft Inc is planning to recruit more than 3000 Employees.
Sum Soft Inc holds the Employee information in Microsoft Suit. Maintaining the Employees information in Microsoft Suite is quite challenging and Time Consuming. To overcome this problem Sum Soft Inc has decided to create a Software Employee Staffing Solution application.
Current Process
Currently All the Employees Information is stored and maintained in the Microsoft Office Suite. Information includes maintaining of consultant personal information, employment status; Current payment details etc. .All this information in separate maintained in individual spread sheet and when you want to access to this data it will be hard and if we want to relate those data fron one spreadsheet to out then it will be difficult. Maintaining different spreadsheets for different department create a problem to access or update consultant details. So we want a system which provides a reliable and easy.
