My sincere appreciation & gratitude to the Accounting Services Group (ASG) and Farm Solutions Business (FSB), of DCM Shriram Consolidated Ltd. to have given me an opportunity to work on the project entitled “Analysis of farm solution business’ budget 2012-2013 vs. Actuals and budgets of 2011-2012 & 2010-2011 with a view to suggest improvements in budget 2012-2013 and ; critical analysis of the same in light of the existing scenario in fertilizer industry”.
I would like to thank my organizational mentor – Mr. N.K Mittal, Deputy General Manager, Accounts and – my Project guide Ms. Simerjeet Kaur Lamba, Manager, Accounts for their immense support during the project.
