Interview a Financial Executive in Maybank Bhd

She is a financial executive in Maybank Bhd at Nilai branch. Her name is Noor Azimas binti Mohd Rezi. She has been working almost four years for Maybank Bhd with the same position. Actually, she is not interested too much in selling as her career. However, initially, she tried to love and enjoy the job. Eventually, she fell in love with the job of sales and really enjoyed it. With the background of Bachelor of Science Administration (Honours) in Universiti Instittusi Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Melaka, she started to work and has been trained as a salesperson until now. She is married and has one children. According to her, the most satisfying element of her job in sales is due to she love the job very much. Thus, once she love the job, there is no problem because she will be enjoy do the sales. Plus, the product is great because she is very confident to sell the Etiqa insurance and takaful off. “If I can covey the message to the people very well, it is the most satisfied for me. But remember, to be confident, the product or services that we will be offering should be great and our product knowledge is excellent as well, then it will enhance our confident level to speak up to the customer.” Meanwhile, the most satisfying element in selling that she has ever experienced is when once, the target sales that the company suggested will become more increased. It is normal for every single salesperson in a company to achieve the target sales that the company offered. She added, once she has to promote new product or service from her company, it will be terrible because she will not know the product knowledge very well and taking a lot of time to be expert on the products. Furthermore, she absolutely agreed when she has been asked about her implication of ‘relationship marketing’ concept in her sales work.     The Black Codes were laws passed on the state and local level in the United States to limit the basic human rights and civil liberties of blacks. Even though the U.S. constitution originally discriminated against blacks (as "other persons") and both Northern and Southern states had passed discriminatory legislation from the early 19th century, the term Black Codes is used most often to refer to legislation passed by Southern states at the end of the Civil War to control the labor, migration and other activities of newly-freed slaves.In Texas, the Eleventh Legislature produced these codes in 1866. The intent of the legislation was to reaffirm the inferior position that slaves and free blacks had held in antebellum Texas and to regulate black labor. The codes reflected the unwillingness of white Texans to accept blacks as equals and also their fears that freedmen would not work unless coerced. Thus the codes continued legal discrimination between whites and blacks.
