1. 0 Introduction
1.1 Description of the Business: The description of the business is “Banglar mela”. The concept of Banglar Mela was to prove that, it is possible to create panoramic designs of cloths by using local and traditional fabrics. And to promote them in the market with a reasonable price. And till now, they execute their operation according to their philosophy.
1.2 Statement of the problem: The major problem of this project report is to satisfy customers need and the demand as well as the branding image, advertising policy of their brand and expectation of earlier product that are using in the Market. 1.3 Purpose: First on there agenda is excellent customer service. They provide themselves by offering excellent services at affordable prices. There aim to provide the service of choice finished to the finest detail in comfortable surroundings. There aim for excellence in everything that they do. We are totally committed to our clientele and aim to exceed their expectations. They want every person to leave us knowing that they have had the most appropriate fashion and that they are aware of the best way to look after on a daily basis. The goal of the study is to that, they are hardly tried to overcome the difficulty such as the price, manner, training policy of the employee as well as to increase the consumer policy in a fashion house. Discover it in a possible way .Understanding the effects and the causes. Give better solution to the customer as they are hope.
1.4 Significance of the study: They hope that it is very important to making a good business plan. In the practical life if they are make this kind of plan its makes the possibility that one day they are became a good business people. Success in this venture depends on the ability to provide a consistently high consumer satisfaction. The successful brand of Banglar mela is one that offers excellent service, use quality products, and provide an enjoyable atmosphere at an acceptable price. Customers of this type of business are willing to pay for a higher price to an operation that can satisfy the client’s desire for improved quality of product as well as the design of that company product.
2.1 Company Background: Banglar Mela started its operation from May 2001 add within this time it has achieved the position of one of best-branded cloth showroom of handloom in the town. The concept of Banglar Mela was to prove that, it is possible to create panoramic designs of cloths by using local and traditional fabrics. And to promote them in the market with a reasonable price. And till now, they execute their operation according to their philosophy. Their first showroom was established in Banani and 2nd in Mirpur. Apart from their business activity, a very appreciable thing about Banglar Mela is with their occupation they have also maintained their social responsibility and awareness as a human and as worthy citizen of the country. And they proved it by their remarkably done social activities. 2.2 Our Mission: To satisfied all classes people (Top to Bottom). 2.3 Our Vision: For better quality product, in a reasonable price and also give the best service among the customers. 2.4 Our Values: To satisfied the customers as are there demand. 2.5 Basic information: The Banglar Mela is a exclusive Bangladeshi fashion house. All kind of exclusive ladies and gents wear are available there.
Saris, shalwar-kameezes, panjabis, fatuas, shirts, and children’s wear all have exclusivity in their styles. For this Eid-ul-Fitr, Banglar Mela has arranged for customer exclusive wear with verity of design.
The punjabis on Cotton Cheek ,Tuton cotton, Andy cotton, khadi, are priced from Tk 780 - Tk 3,200. Aligarh and churidar pajamas are complemented by the panjabis.
