We highly appreciate and thank Dr. Farid uddin , GM, HR & MS, Rahimafrooz Batteries Limited, without whose kind facilitation We would not have undertake report in RBL.

Executive Summary

Here We have found that the HR department of Rahimafrooz Batteries Limited performs its daily and periodic activities in a much decorated manner. The major activities of this department are filling up the vacant posts through proper recruitment and right placement of the new work forces, storing and updating the employee information, providing training and development program to the employees and workers processing promotion and updating employee status, administering salary delivery, arranging periodic and annual events and programs, facilitating and clearing legal issues of the employees etc. With only two active executive the manager runs these operation very efficiently.

The most highlighting part of this report is the “I+10 Habits” program of Rahimafrooz, that is use to bring a massive change of the employee mind set up. This is a tonic psychological program that is highly effective for bringing effectiveness and efficiency in both personal and professional life.

With all these discussions the report reaches to its conclusion which has been designed with a brief remark on the overall performance of the HR department of the company.
