The proposal idea is all about analysing the trend of ‘on campus graduate recruitment and selection’ and exploring its possibilities for Aberdeen Business School of Robert Gordon University. Recruiting students on the campus of Business schools are quite popular and followed in most of the top Business schools all over the world. Major companies opt to select the students directly from the business school instead of following the procedure of formal recruitment process like online application, through consultants, job advertisements etc. Thus the study analyses the chances of the trend for the Aberdeen Business School by conducting qualitative research by choosing the local employers as the sample and
