Executive Summary
Green International (GI) is one of the leading nutrition health and wellness Multinational Company based in Switzerland with global IT shared services in Malaysia called GITS. GI is enduring high cost in the Information Technology problems in IT department of company resulted to high expenses.
By embarking a new project called Global Sales Information System (GSIS), to implement a Global direct store delivery system, Green international expects enormous cost saving in terms of IT maintenance area, to provide centralized support from GITS and global governance. The project supposed to finish in a period of 6 months from commencement.
1.0 Project Charter
Preparing a project charter is a crucial task in starting every project. It clarifies and provides an understating what are the project’s goals and objectives and how to achieve these goals. Project charter usually covers the explanation of project vision, scope and objectives, business needs and the outcome of the project.
