DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS

Chocolate Delight is a Sole Trader business founded by Lyann Pond in order to provide the students of the Dominica Grammar School with a wide range of delicious chocolate pastries.
The main purpose of the company is to “satisfy every chocolate craving” of the students no matter how big or small it may be. As you may or may not know, Chocolate is the number one desert requested in the world. That’s where Chocolate Delight comes in, the sole proprietor seeks to manufacture a wide range of chocolate snacks such as chocolate cake, chocolate cookies, chocolate buns, chocolate scones, chocolate bread, chocolate pies and many others to sold during the starting of school, the lunch period and at the end of the school period of the day.

Justification of location
Chocolate delight will be located at valley road Roseau Dominica. In the new wing of the DOMINICA GRAMMAR SCHOOL. It is located there because it is close to the main road and supplies are easily delivered. Infrastructural services exist such as roads, electricity etc. It is also close to the consumer, large enough for the business and is close to hard ware’s which retailers for the business are.

Selection of appropriate labor.
Chocolate delight has approximately 6 workers. The business has 2 skilled worker, 2 semi skilled workers and 2 unskilled workers. The semi skilled workers are as follows;
2 semi skilled workers, who will be managing
