I selected the book Killing Lincoln for my book review because I have always been interested in President Lincoln. I want to learn how he contributed to America, politics, and the Government. Growing up, every history class sparked my interest in President Lincoln because the videos we watched were so interesting. His death was horrendous to America, and I want to learn why it was so terrifying. Learning more about President Lincoln’s assassination sparked my curiosity. I want to learn more about Lincoln’s assassinator, and his reason behind killing Lincoln.
