Majority of you guys are 16 right? So , I assume most of you have you permit , and I bet almost all of you have a phone too. Well did you know 15 out of every 20 drivers get in a accident due to texting and driving. Whether it's just looking down at your phone for a second, that second can take someone's life. In Los Angeles between December 2016-January 2017 there were about 630 fatal car accidents. 28% of those accidents were caused by a irresponsible human beings looking down at their phone. I realize that many parents get extremely angry when it comes to missing a call, but you have to realize that your parents would rather have you miss their call then have them receive a call from the police saying their child was involved in a accident due to texting and driving.
