Personal Reflection Of Accelerate Me
During my time with Mondelez I have been able to adapt to various dynamic and demanding environments across all channels, maintaining the high standards and values set by Mondelez.
This year I got the opportunity to cover the advertised territory and am currently covering the vacant Indies tm role. Having these opportunities to cover while also attending 'Accelerate me' has Allowed me to continue to develop a better understanding of what it entails to be a tm and how to utilise the tools we have available to drive promotional activity.
