Personal Narrative: My Time As A Community Nurse

Majority of my clinical hours within the eight to fourteen hours block was also carried out at the Care Clinic. During my service experience, I began talking with the providers more and realized that I missed working as a community nurse.
As a community nurse, you are forced out of your comfort zone, you exercise your leadership skills learnt from prior course, you have to do your own research on resources in the community, and you have to creative in how to get a patient involved in their own care plan.
