Introduction

Elite’s Bar is Cagayan de Oro’s newest high-class entertainment bar located at the heart of Divisoria. It is a bar full of stylishness and elegance with quality performance of entertainers, world-class baristas, and satisfying service. This is the first entertainment establishment who requires customers to wear semi-formal attire. There’s an entertainment on a stage, such as a live band, comedians, go-go dancers, local famous artists. Elite’s also be called a music bar which offer entertainment or live music. This is a type of bar range from dive bars to elegant places of entertainment for the elite. It is a happy hour to encourage off-peak patronage.

Unlike from other high-class bars in Cagayan de Oro, Elite’s Bar is a place where rich people and tourists, and foreigners are encouraged to enter. Fun and excitement awaits them. Special events in the bar include ladies night, Freedom day (when customers can enter to the bar free of charge, and concert to some well-known DJ’s, band musicians, and artists.

Market Segment
The market segmentation is divided into the leading target markets. The division reflects the differences in marketing strategy that will be used to target each different market. * High-Class/Rich partyer – They are the main target market. These customer are the ones who usually want to have fun at the bars. They are what we call the party enthusiast who always went to the bar socialize and having fun. Because they are rich, having this kind of customer can give us large sales because of letting them buy too many drinks.

* Foreigners – These people likes bars with world class environment. These groups are smaller but very active when it comes to socializing. So the longer they socialize the more bar sales increases.

* Tourists – These visitors are what we call “once in a lifetime” customers because they went here for having a good time while on vacation. Same as foreigners, they want to spend more hours drinking and socializing.
