Orthopedic Career Goals
My career goals on the most simplistic level is to become an Orthopedic Surgeon perhaps with a focus on Pediatrics. To achieve that goal I would have to get into and get through medical school to a residency in Orthopedics and a fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedics. In a general sense Sociology can apply to my career in understanding the differences in societies and where people came from and how to deal with the inequalities in health care. My friend wants to actually open up on office specifically for that reason and support people that cannot manage to go and get various medical services. The three sections on the ASA website that interest me the most include Medical and Health, as that is my direct career field, Inequalities and Stratification,
