a) Scope of Operations

Sapura Industrial Berhad who in early know as Sapura Motor Berhad (1980s) established to manufactures and supply automotive suspension parts in Malaysia as well as Asian region. As the company continues to evolve with the times, Sapura Industrial Berhad has divided by six subsidiaries listed as below:

1. Sapura Machining Corporation
Manufactured the high quality automotive part include engine, transmission and brake for automotive industry.
2. Sapura Automotive Industries
Became supplier suspension system to well-known automotive manufacturers such as Proton, Perodua, Volvo and Daihatsu
3. Sapura Brake Technologies
Produce front and rear corner modules as well modules the Duplex into the brake system inside the latest car.
4. Asian Automotive Steels
Manufactured the high quality specific cold steel bars and stabilizer bar by using process of cold drawn and hot forming.
5. Sapura Technical Centre
Functionality as center of design and research & development (R&D) to support the rest of subsidiaries
6. International Autoparts
Provide a full range of good quality replacement part and distribute product whole Malaysia and Indonesia by carried out brand known as Proride.
