An excellent reference book with lots of solved problems is The Schaum’s Outline Series book on "College Physics", 9th Edition, by Frederick Bueche. Homework: Homework assignments will be posted online. You will need to purchase access to the WileyPlus online homework service, unless you bought access last semester when you took physics 120 with me. I will give you 5 chances to type in the correct answer to the homework problems before the due date. You will have about 5 days to work on the posted online homework assignments. If you already have access to WileyPlus, you may use your old login username and password. Then you will need to register in my course by visiting the following URL: …show more content…
The exams will be closed book, but the use of calculators will be allowed. Exam 1 Exam 2 Exam 3 Final Exam Chapters 18, 19 Chapters 20, 21, 22 Chapters 24, 25, 26 Chapters 18 - 32
Make-up exams will be given only if you are badly ill AND bring me a doctor’s note. If you get into a car accident on your way to the exam, you must bring me the police report. Make-up exams must be taken within one week of the missed exam. No exceptions!!! The course grade will be determined as follows: Laboratory reports Quizzes Online Homework 3 Exams 1 Final Exam
