1.0 Introduction

The System provides for students the option to register courses, without the advisor’s approval. They can choose the course which was offered by their colleges during the scheduled registration periods. The students can also modify their own course selection by adding and/or dropping courses. However, when the registration period is over, all previously registered courses by the students will be viewable in the system. This system has evolved from basic on-line registration in 2 years ago to a fully integrated system including fee payment in 2013. Bath’s concept of annually registration involves students: • Checking & correcting their details; • Agreeing to abide with our regulations; •Checking all outstanding debts and tuition-related fees for the coming year. Students do this at their own step with a secure, quick and intuitional web interface. 2.5 User-Friendly:
The software student registration system has a very friendly user interface. Therefore, users will find it easy to work on it. The software provides precision and a pleasant interface. So that the manual system more interactive, efficient and user friendly.
3.0 Scope of the proposal
The system shall be called Online Registration System (ORS). Its main purpose is allow students perform their admission online in the 1st phase and 2nd phase will include the registration services, which are include register into a course, drop course, view bill statement and also view result etc. The new system will include an online registration form, the back-end database to store and process registration information, an administrator portal, secure internal network and secure payment processing systems. Initially the system will not offer teleconference capabilities, though it may be a future option. The organization already has a Web site where participants may access an upcoming conference, past conference, or other relevant information, so this project does not involve Web site development other than the online form, the administrators’ portal, and a payment-processing
