Odysseus 'Death In Homer's Odyssey'

I just witnessed Odysseus slaughter lives and it was sick. He spared my life because I was loyal to Telemachus. Thank the gods. Anyways here’s what happened.
Odysseus, still disguised as a beggar comes into the dining hall where all of the suitors were and showed them off. Here’s what happened.
Penelope instructs suitors that whoever could shoot through all 12 axe handles at once they could marry her. Odysseus, still disguised as a beggar shoots and makes all the 12 handles. Once he completes that he reveals himself to the suitors as Odysseus. Odysseus and his squad, Telemachus, Eumaeus, Philoetius and Athena slayed all the suitors and unloyal people. Odysseus kills top two suitors Antinous and Eurymachus. Antinous gets shot in his throat. As …show more content…
I think that if Telemachus was a good leader and took care of the suitors, Odysseus wouldn’t make his dining hall into a bloodbath. But because he didn’t take care of the suitor problem, Penelope was bribed by suitors to marry them. And maids of Odysseus slept with other suitors. The suitors who died from Odysseus deserved to die from Odysseus because not only did they try to marry Penelope they also planned to kill Odysseus and Telemachus as well. And for the maids, they also deserved to die because they were not loyal to not only penelope but Odysseus as well, because they were with the idea of suitors killing odysseus.
Overall, I don’t think that his actions were the right way to handle things though. I mean he could’ve like kept them in jail or something instead of kill all of them. Like for instance, Eurymachus was a good suitor which Penelope liked. And I think that he should’ve spared Eurymachus like Phemius and Medon because they are both innocent.
So yeah. I witnessed all this believe it or not,and it was sick af. I hope one day you will witness something like this as
