Nurse Practitioner Aspirations
My name is Crystal Lynne Canama. I have many ambitions and goals in life. Through my work experience as a certified registered nurse, I discovered my aspiration to become a Family Nurse Practitioner.
I feel that the time has come to take a step towards reaching my goals in the field of Family Nurse Practice.
I believe that when I become enrolled in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program of UIC I will have the best learning experiences to equip me for my future as a family nurse practitioner. My short term goal is to finish the said program and become a certified family nurse practitioner.

    My name is Tina Connor and I’m thirty four years old I was born here in Chicago. For the last seven years I have worked for the United States Post Office. The reason I would like to become a C.N.A. is because it will be the first step at achieving my goal of becoming a Registered Nurse.
