SMART GOAL

1. Academic
-My academic goal is to improve my knowledge and skills, and graduate from TWU with Honors Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree in year 2016. By doing this, I will take the courses necessary and use my resources when I do not understand a material. I have currently been attending study group sessions every Tuesday and Thursdays at 4p.m to 5:30p.m since September 2013. I will continue to attend these study sessions until the semester of fall 2013 ends.

2. Professional/Career
-My career goal is graduate from TWU in the year 2016 with Honors Bachelor of Science in Nursing and work at Cook Children’s hospital as a registered nurse. I am currently applying for jobs at the hospitals. I am following up with the application I have filed by calling the employer. Hopefully, I will get hired at a job by the end of this year 2013.

3. Personal
-My personal goal is to stay healthy and eat healthy meals. . I started doing a list of healthy and non-healthy list. My healthy list includes, grain, fiber, protein and lots of vegetables and fruits. By doing this I plan to stay on my daily routine by working out every day except for weekends. I alternate my workouts by cardio and ab days. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays I do ab workouts for 25 minutes. Every Tuesday and Thursday I jog three miles down the streets. I plan to achieve this workout until I gain 5 pounds of muscle. Working out is a way to help release stress.

4. Financial
-My financial goal is to start saving money by stop going out a lot to eat. Instead of going out to eat fast food, I will start bringing my own lunch to school for fall 2013. I have been saving money since the beginning this semester. I am also separating my money on every paycheck that I get. I only take out money for gas, and for my main necessities such as bills and groceries. I do not go out to the mall because I am tempted to buy stuff. I will continue to save up money so I can buy a car for the
