The main reason is human nowadays have become more health conscious and consider soy milk as a dairy good alternative. Soy milk is well known as the riches of protein source made from the soybean plant and produced by soaking, grinding and boiling soy beans with water. Because of its nutritional value and its cheap price, many people choose to drink it every day whether they are vegans, healthy or general person. However, there is controversy about the compounds in soy. In their paper from Beijing Academy of Food Sciences, Fen-Jin Hea and Jin-Qiang Chen said that soy consisted of many healthy components but also had isoflavones which is worked an estrogen-like action in the body.
