Anne was born on June 12, 1929, in Frankfurt, Germany, and she was just a teenager when Nazis began to torture the Jewish people. During the camp life, she kept writing down a journal about her and others’ life. Anne’s older sister’s name was Margot, and both of them were not a good match for being friends, although they were siblings, because Margot was jealous of Anne. Anne’s father, Otto, was a practical and kind man that he had hopes to survive even if he was older than Anne. Anne died when she was a teenager at the camp because she was not keeping a hope like her father. Hope is the only elements to make a person, who has it, reach his/her goal in life.…

Susan B. Anthony, Helen Keller, and Anne Frank all had interesting lives and are some of the most inspirational women in history. All these women had a lot of struggles in life, but only one of them had lived during the treacherous times of the Holocaust. Although Jewish men and women struggled through the cruel “Final Solution”in Nazi Germany during World War II, the children that lived during the tragedy must have been mentally scarred from the Holocaust, that is if they managed to survive. Anne Frank, known for her famous diary entries, had lived in an annex for many years with her family in order to hide from the Nazis lurking around the area at the time. She wrote in her diary as the years passed on and named it “Kitty”.…

According to Dictionary.com, the definition of courage is ’’the quality of mind or spirit that enables a person to face difficulty, pain, danger, etc’’. One person that lived in the Annex was Anne Frank, and she is a great representation of courage. I believe this because she was not scared to speak her mind, and she was always willing to stand her ground and to not listen to someone if she didn’t want to. In my opinion, she was courageous because she was so brave and so independent at such a young age and always wanted to prove someone wrong. I believe that she was the most courageous because she was scared about being found by the green police but she was less scared than anyone else that lived in that Annex with her. Anne was confident that her and the rest of the people that lived in the Annex would live through the remainder of the war.…
