I would like to acknowledge the presence of those people who’d help me to reach this end. It is my pleasure to thank all the people who guided me, those people who never fail giving their support for us to fulfil this On the Job Training.

Ms. Cherry Ann P. Mendez our OJT Coordinator for her supervision and patient to us, her students and for understanding our faults during the time of our OJT.

I will not let this opportunity surpass without saying thank you for never ending support of my mother. And also for understanding me every time I make mistakes and for forgiving me whenever I haven’t done my responsibly at home during my OJT.

I would also like to acknowledge Engr. Jean H. Ravanzo for giving us a chance to do our On-the-Job Training in Quickfox and with her unfailing support for me and my co-trainees.

My co-workers who unhesitatingly share their knowledge to us and to my co-trainees who help me get through of this report.

Greater than all, to Almighty God, for putting my path on the right way, for always making me strong and brave enough in every pace of my life. And for the entire lucky thing that He had been giving, the talents and skills.

This documentation is dedicated to all the students of Industrial Technology and to all the people who become a part of this.

I would like to contribute this report to our dear University; for this can be used as a pattern for the future Industrial Technology Students.

This documentation of my On-the-Job training contains all the information about the office where I perform my OJT and about everything I’ve learned during my training. I bestow all of this to my OJT Coordinator Ms. Cherry Ann Mendez who never get tired of reminding us to do the right thing and to our OIC-School Director Dr. Felix B. Lampos who became a part of our journey here in College.

To all my friends who for no reason provide love and support for me. I was grateful to have them.

I won’t let this moment to leave behind without saying thank you to my family especially to my mother who always give her best for me.

Above all, to our Almighty God who provided everything. For giving His never ending love and care for me. He had given me enough strength and enlightens my mind. He shown me the right way and gave the knowledge I have been needed for this. I hope this narrative report would be more useful and could be a help for all the readers.
