Responsibility on the work:
o Migrating Customer Requests from Postpaid Profile to Prepaid Profile, Prepaid Recreation Profile, Bulk Adjustment and Cos change & FL Midcycle. o Ability to plan in advance and execute it to perfection o Sharing Migration Data with the Spocs. o Analyzing the Provisioning Errors and Rejections o Tracking Circle-Volume and Trend
Handling a team of 10 members Airtel Manages Services
Handling the Customer’s Issues in call at the absence of Team leader.
Working in ICRM for Migration Process.
Extracting reports from CRM in order to identify the Samples
By using Non-Core application permanently disconnecting the customer numbers who are Eligible for migration.
Migrating the customer numbers from postpaid to prepaid in Pacs inventory.
Manual Testing, Preparation of Daily reports to the Operations department, Responsibilities include Interacting with Project Leader for testing schedules, resolving after provisioning issues, Providing feedback and briefing to the VAS dept on a weekly basis.
Effectively performed the TAT basis.
Effectively performed the monthly reviews.
