My Master's Case Study: Shiraz University
In 2004, I took part in the nationwide undergraduate universities entrance exam, I was accepted in Mathematics, at Shiraz University, one of the most competitive, high ranked, and known as very low-GPA universities in the country. My four years of education have provided me with a strong background in mathematics, and statistics, and the theoretical aspects of related issues.
By the end of my BSc studies, I started working in ELBA-BETON company in the quality control department. Through this position, I exposed to topics, such as organizational structures, human resources, marketing, and technology for manufacturing as a part of my responsibilities. In my opinion, my performance was good and acceptable during my grad studies, and I was thoroughly involved in class discussions, term papers, workshops, and research. I eventually continued to work on my Master’s Thesis which is supervised by Dr. Mahmoudi Maymand. My enthusiasm for innovation in organizations and organizational behavior led me to choose my Master’s thesis titled as “Studying of relationship between organizational commitment and innovation (case study: Shiraz Industrial city)”. The accomplished thesis was comprehensive and satisfactory, and the results were promising, which gave me the opportunity of publishing, so one of my published journal articles were extracted from my Master’s …show more content…
I enthusiastically intend to complete a Ph.D. program in the corresponding field. Due to the fact that I am intellectually curious, enjoy learning new things, and have an analytical mind that enjoys solving problems and generating new ideas and combining my talent with hard work, I am passionate about discovering the untouched aspects of my major where there are plenty of new challenging issues for academic research work. I extremely hold the view that a Ph.D. is a marketable asset that will give me a competitive edge in today’s workforce. Moreover, it gives me an impressive level of credibility, proving expertise in my field and a lifelong commitment to learning that will help me fulfill my professional goals. My remarkable aim is to be able to lead a successful business where I can provide a great service and make new decent job opportunities.it will encourage me to do more than consume knowledge with teaching me to create it and it will teach me new strategies for leading people in an increasingly connected global
