My Favorit Superhero
Batman!!! An athletic hardworking and trustworthy superhero. If I had to compare myself to one superhero it would be him. Batman has always been my favorite superhero ever since the cartoons. Batman is a favorite of many other kids too. there is a superhero inside us all and batman is mine.

First of all me and batman are alike because we are both athletic. He has to actually fight the villans instead of having super powers. Batman sometimes has to run places unlike other superheros who can fly or swing from webs.He has to fist fight the joker instead of using super powers like most superheros do. Im athletic because I play baseball and have played since i was 4 years old and i am always outside playing basketball or with my friends.. That is one reason we are alike.

The second reason we are both alike is because he is hardworking. Whenever he is in a bad situation he dosent fold under the pressure he fights and fights untill he suceeds. The same thing with me , if im having trouble with baseball I keep working at it untill it is fixed.Or in school if i dont understand something i dont just sit there looking stupid i try to get help and study on my own time so i can understand it. If the joker is terrorizing gotham city the batman dosent just watch him destroy the city and take whatever he wants, he fights against the joker to keep the town safe and the citizens happy.

The last thing that makes us alike is that he is trustworthy. If a criminal is reeking havoc in the town you can count on batman to protect the town, even when you think the situation is too bad he will come to save the day. Batman is not going to let you down he will protect the town no matter what is happening or how hard it is goin to be to protect the town. Im the same way, if u need me you can count on me, if my friends need me too do something for them most of the time i am there to do it. U can trust me with any secrects or things u need to tell me, im not going to go around telling

Starting with similarities the thing's that the joker and batman have in common are they both wanna cause anarchy but for completely different reasons, batman wants to do good and have no evil but the joker wants chaos and corruption. Another similaritie is they are both willing to give anything to get what they want, also they do not care about the casualties they cause as long as they get what they want at the end. And the differences between both characters are that joker has no logic like batman, he doesn't think clearly about his decisions and does whatever he feels at the moment. Also the joker doesn't care about Gothem city like batman does he is willing to do anything to protect it while on the other hand joker could care…

Although both lost their parents at a very young age, Superman’s/Clark Kent’s upbringing was quite different from the one of Batman/Bruce Wayne. While Superman was brought up, cared for and loved by his foster parents the Kent’s who knew of his alien origin from the beginning, Batman’s childhood was more isolated from society. His butler Alfred was his only real friend and confidant. The fact that he inherited a fortune allowed him to live without worrying about getting a job or facilitating his crime-fighting obsession.…

During the early days of my childhood, Spider-Man was my favorite superhero and role model. Whenever I watched the movies, I was dazzled by his web-slinging skills, restoring order in the Big Apple, and dual personality. If a problem occurred to me, I would think of what Spider-Man would do. I would also remember what Uncle Ben had said, “With great power comes great responsibility.” All of these factors molded me into a unique person.…

    Batman And Gilgamesh

Batman Begins and the Babylonian Epic of Gilgamesh both feature the story of a culture hero. In both of these works, the heroic quest of the culture hero is significant. Apart from having similar narratives, these two stories also have significant differences in themes. In The Epic of Gilgamesh, Gilgamesh becomes a hero for fame and immortality, while in Batman Begins; Bruce Wayne becomes a hero to avenge the deaths of his parents and at the same time protect the city of Gotham. These two characters also show a difference in the conflicts that they face as they fight against overwhelming circumstances. Gilgamesh is at odds with mortality, while Bruce is at odds with the corruption of human nature. One can say that Bruce is also concerned with mortality, since the death of his parents was the main reason for his doings. But instead of directly facing mortality, he attempts to strike the system that creates it. Therefore, it can be seen that both Gilgamesh and Bruce Wayne are heroes of some kind, because they both have heroic characteristics and because they posses bravery against overwhelming circumstances. Nevertheless, they are very different in the way they plan to fight against the simple threat of physical human and social decay.…

    Justice In The Dark Knight

Batman, Harvey (both before and after he becomes Two-Face), and Joker are all symbols for separate types of justice and injustice. Batman and Harvey (before he becomes Two-Face) both believe in the fairness of justice; they believe that the bad should be punished and the innocent should be protected. Two-Face also believes in fairness. He believes that “the only morality in a cruel world is chance. Unbiased. Unprejudiced. Fair” (The Dark Knight). Essentially, Two-face takes hold of chance as being the ultimate fairness. Decision making based on chance doesn’t take people’s actions into account; it just decides randomly, and randomness is fair. After all, Harvey was an incredibly just man. And what did he get for it? The death of his girlfriend, Rachel. Looking at the Joker, we can see that he also follows a definition of fairness when he says, “I'm an agent of chaos. And you know the thing about chaos, Harvey? It’s fair” (The Dark Knight). So the Joker believes that chaos is the ultimate fairness. This is similar to Two-Face’s definition of fairness, but rather than relying on chance, the Joker just “does” things depending to how he feels. The scary thing that this comparison shows is that both good and bad guys are relying on the same thing – fairness - in order to justify their actions. In other words, fairness is at the…

The idea of being conscientious is something that is also evident in both personas, but each is on the polar opposite of the extremes. The identity of Bruce Wayne is very easy-going and carefree choosing to the live the life as a billionaire playboy, seeming to have little or no real care in the world. On the contrast side, the identity of Batman is a very efficient and well organized character. Every move that is made is carefully calculated and thought thru before taking action. Where the complexity comes in with this aspect of the personality is that while each side of the identity seems to be polar opposite, they also…

    Is Batman A Hero

The common look of comic book characters is that the heroes are good and the villains are evil. Although the batman is portrayed as a hero many of people would see him as a villain just as the joker, even though the joker is the antagonist the joker and batman walk in the same shoes but decided to be on different sides. by this I mean the joker kills for pleasure but batman also kills for revenge which is still wrong although Batman uses this for a reason to be called a hero and continue to do so the Joker although being twisted in the mind and making choices that are downright crazy seems to show that he is not so crazy after all even if that is the way he is seen. if you look at it joker seems to have a plan on what he is doing and does it…
