The Joker Compare And Contrast
The joker is one of the most popular villain's to this day. He is well known for causing chaos and anarchy, he doesn't have a purpose to why he's always causing trouble he just does it out of entertainment. His characteristics are very distinctive, His purpose is to corrupt everybody and everything to cause evil for everyone. The joker wants to corrupt batman and make him just like him, his whole purpose is to make batman go crazy and kill everyone instead of him being the hero. The characteristics between the joker and batman are somewhat similar but very different from each other. The joker has many reason's why he doesn't like batman but the joker never tries to kill him.

One of the jokers many characteristics is passion, the joker easily shows his passion to cause chaos. He has nothing else to do but cause chaos. He doesn't work a 9 to 5 and save his trouble making time until the weekend. He drops everything and follows his dream. He lives for the game he plays. He lives for the games he plays. He is able to do anything because he is passionate enough to do it. He would do anything to achieve his goals and cause mass destruction he doesn't have …show more content…
Starting with similarities the thing's that the joker and batman have in common are they both wanna cause anarchy but for completely different reasons, batman wants to do good and have no evil but the joker wants chaos and corruption. Another similaritie is they are both willing to give anything to get what they want, also they do not care about the casualties they cause as long as they get what they want at the end. And the differences between both characters are that joker has no logic like batman, he doesn't think clearly about his decisions and does whatever he feels at the moment. Also the joker doesn't care about Gothem city like batman does he is willing to do anything to protect it while on the other hand joker could care

    A significant trial shown in the film is when the Joker gave Batman two choices, whether to save Gotham’s white knight Harvey Dent or his childhood friend Rachel Dawes. In the film, the Joker purposely locked himself up making the police think they were in power. However in reality, this is exactly what the Joker wanted. While in custody, Batman interrogates the Joker. With Harvey and Rachel nowhere to be found Batman tries to get their location from the Joker.
