THE MONSTER TRUCK ADVENTURE

In this paper I’m going to tell you about my first trip to the monster trucks in pocatello! It was awesome having mud thrown up it to the raging crowd from the tires spinning out while doing donuts and hitting massive jumps and and doing backflips . overturning and crushing cars with their massive jumps and heavy weight when they roll off of the car it was as flat as a pancake. When they had to check the monster trucks for any broken parts the crowd went and got in line to get a ride in the massive truck.in the back it was filled with at least 10 people we started to move and we didn't do any jumps but we still went raging across the stadium and did a ue right before hitting the wall it was so much fun.

That day was a bright and shiney day, I woke up and

Just watching the monster trucks flattening the tiny cars in comparison like a kid flatlining the sand with there plastic shovel. They were flatting busses like nothing was there and one did a backflip and landed it without trouble at all it was amazing. Than the had dirt bikes come out and do the jumps and do tricks in mid air like backflips and swing the bike all the way around in a 360 and backflips and frontflips and drifting to fling mud to the crowd it was as thrilling as doing a lopede lope on a roller coaster.

That day was so much fun the next morning I didn't think it was real and all just a dream. When we left im cousin came home with us and my sister wint home with my cousin and she spent the night at my house and my sister spent the night at there house. Me and my cousins were so tired that we went straight to bed when we got back. The next day my family couldn't stop talking about the dirtbike tricks and the monster trucks and how they could flatten cart like it was nothing. the loudness of it all and how much fun it was to ride in the monster

I added a few sound effects to my promo to enhance it further. One effect I added was a firework explosion. I added this to the start of my promo and it made it more that little bit more thrilling. Secondly, I added an audience clapping sound effect. This made my promo more atmospheric, like the listeners are already at the festival. I thought this was a very effective sound effect, I added it twice.…

This event was Ringside: Memories of World Class Championship Wrestling beginning at 9 am on October 13. I chose this event because I wanted to understand the background of wrestling. I use to watch it on television, but it seemed better looking at pictures with a descriptive meaning. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the art gallery and how I felt welcomed walking in the gallery. The description of each picture made you feel like you were exactly present throughout each picture. I learned that wrestling is actually a fun sport. I also learned about two related wrestlers, Kevin and Kerry Von Erich. It was very interesting learning about their background history of their wrestling memories.…

On 11/28/2016 at approximately 8:52 PM, I, Sgt. Scott Hale, DSN 114, while driving with Ptl. Hector Rivera, DSN 232, were on routine patrol driving westbound on W. Corbin St. approaching the intersection of Stadium Drive when we observed headlights from a moving vehicle on the western part of W. Corbin. It should be noted that the vehicle was on the side of the road that was barricaded and posted “No Trespassing”.…

The night was perfect and the crowd was friendly with a diverse group of all ages old and young. Crowds of people filled the parking lot with sounds of Kid Rock blasting through car speakers and people enjoying their pre-show cocktails. Outside the venue Kid's cars were roped off for fans to check out and take photos. Entering DTE you could smell the aroma of Clarkston's own Union Station Restaurants famous mac and cheese and the Woodshop Resaurants barbeque. As we made our way toward the concert area the local Shriner's were selling Kid Rock/Shriners t-shirts with the proceeds going the organization. I really thought it was great that Kid was utilizing local buisness owners and charities during these hometown shows as well as the low dough show he was offering!…

It was finally starting to get dark, so we decided to go back to the house. On our fourth day, we were going to go to Virginia Beach. It’s about two hours from my aunt’s house so we left kind of early to get there around eleven o’clock. While we were there my grandparents went to one of those side shops, the ones that sell clothes and other items. Anyway, they went and bought a ton of different souvenirs. Everyone looked at my grandparents and laughed. They looked…

The next morning we parked our coolers and headed to the stadium. It was time to do some serious tailgating! This was an amazing experience the fans were awesome and so much fun. The time has come. Time to enter the stadium to watch the Greenbay Packers play the Chicago Bears. Now, at this point, I haven’t been in the stadium. The sound of 78,000 fans cheering on their teams was totally awesome. We found our seats and settled in to watch the big game, with a beer and a couple of hot dogs of course. When Greenbay came onto the field the crowd went nuts. The experience of watching a game in real life as opposed to television was an experience I can’t explain. It gave me…

My cousins and I would always be together, Literally 24/7. Sometimes we would fight and i look back and remember and i think it's the funniest thing in the world, we still bring our little arguments up to this day to have a real good laugh, but having so many different personalities around made my life so much fun. If we weren't outside playing with the water hose getting in trouble with our great grandmother for wasting water or playing tag or Hide And Go Seek, We’d be inside watching cartoons while our Aunts were having extremely loud Conversations in the kitchen and the Men were outside talking about football or something. My favorite memory of my childhood was when i would get to go to my grandmother's house every Saturday with my close family around to eat either Barbacoa or homemade Menudo.…

All I remember was how it looked like a ghost town. There were hardly any cars on the road and nothing looked open.. This was not what I was used to. We checked into our room at the Holiday Inn, our new house for a little over a month while finding a house to buy, and I shortly fell asleep, being exhausted from our 12 hour journey. Me, my mom, stepdad, sister, and my cat were all crammed into a little, one room, hotel with two beds and one bathroom, I was miserable. For about a week and a half, a played hookie and helped my mom house hunt. Eventually, she decided I had been out of school long enough. That next morning, my mom pulled me into Guntersville Middle School. I was worried because I was ridiculously shy and figured I would have an extremely hard time making friends, but oh was I wrong. Before homeroom was over everyone in the sixth grade class knew there was a ‘new girl from Texas’. That’s when I met Charlie Conner and Anna…

We got the tickets that were $14 dollars and had seats in the very back of the stadium, even though the view was amazing. So, we bought the tickets and went to the nearest block. We had to go to block 14 and we were at block 4, we did not know about the blocks and having to go to the right one. Not long after, we rushed towards our block and got in. I could still not believe that I was going to a baseball game, even though we did not plan to. Before we got onto the level of the stadium that had the field on it, we had to walk up ramps up four floors. After that short climb, We finally got in the stadium. My family went to find our seats. All I felt as I was walking was excitement in each of my steps. Not only was this my first Major League Baseball game I was going to, but it was my First Major League Baseball game in a different country! That was the most amazing thing I found of that game. We entered the game in the middle of the fourth inning. Even though I came into the game a little late, I was still grateful I could still watch the…

One weekend, seven of us decided to take a trip down from college to my parents' beach cottage in Panama City [Florida]. We were three guys and four girls celebrating our last weekend before beginning our sophomore year. We unloaded the cars and prepared for bed. I did not know then, but it was the last decent night's sleep I would have. We got up the next morning, loaded the cooler with beer and headed for the beach. We laughed, drank and exchanged stories from our freshman year. After finishing an enormous meal, we continued to drink and dance until 1:00 a.m. We had to get back to school early the next day, so we decided to fill the car with gas and get more cigarettes that night. My friend and I hopped in his truck, me in the driver's seat and he in the passenger seat, and headed to an all-night convenience store. We found one store open about two miles down the road. We pulled in, gassed up and headed back to the beach house. It was a straight shot, just a few minutes down a four-lane highway.…
