Our Organization Transformation (OT) professionals partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business strategies and address the human factors affecting an organization's ability to reach their transformation objectives. OT uses data and analytics to deliver strategic change, organization strategies and technology adoption solutions that enable the success of the organization's transformation goals.
Ref: HC12 The Organization Transformation practice is looking for qualified Analysts with experience in the following areas:
· Organization Strategies - assisting senior executives using organization perspectives and methods to execute business strategies, improve operations and performance, and optimize roles and responsibilities.
· Strategic Change - assisting in the implementation of strategy, business initiatives, and organizational and cultural changes for leadership alignment, change leadership, stakeholder and employee engagement, large scale program design, organization performance, and communications.
· Technology Adoption - focusing on the people issues associated with technology implementations, specifically ERP (SAP and Oracle), CIS, CRM, and Industry specific and custom systems.
Job Duties for an Analyst:
•Formulate frameworks that support improved client future-state organizational design and alignment
•Draft job descriptions and profiles that are legally defensible and that may include job responsibilities and tasks, accountabilities, and competency definitions and matrices
•Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change
•Define activities to support change and transition initiatives
•Develop and deploy user adoption/training programs for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation initiatives
Qualifications:
•Minimum of 1 years relevant experience in a consulting team-oriented

When I go to my placements for the first time they always ask to see my CRB this shows them that I am safe to work with and be around children. In child care settings it is your employer who has a duty of care to look after you and others, as far as possible, your health, safety and welfare while you are at work. They should start with a risk assessment to spot possible health and safety hazards. But this is a team effort and if a risk arises you must report it immediately. This cluster explores a range of types of conflict: terrorism, civil war, colonial war, occupations, nationalist struggles, the tensions between ethnic groups and religions. As well as presenting different types of conflict, these poems offer a variety of attitudes to war, from the glory of ‘Charge of the Light Brigade’ to Owen’s bleak and bitter ‘Futility’.
