Sustainability at 3M grew from a commitment to both innovation and ethical conduct. By continually increasing sustainability at the economic, social, and environmental levels, we believe we are building a strong, vital company today, and leaving a rich legacy on which future generation. We recognized early that doing business in new, smarter ways would not only create a more viable company—it could also enable us to meet our social responsibilities and reduce our impact on the environment, two objectives integral to ethical business conduct. The demand for alternative Post-it® or any of the other manufacturer items is on the rise which they have taken the monopoly market. There are no mergers or new companies entering into the industry of Post-it®. 3M have many companies and partners all over the world. They not only specialize in Post-it® but with different paper products, stain removers, scotch guards, abrasives, and more.
