Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder also known as ADHD. Is described and characterized by prominent symptoms of inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) affects the male and female species that endures into adolescence and adulthood. There is no known cause for ADHD. There are studies that show evidence of genetic susceptibility. In the molecular studies also that does shows that genes do play a big role in this disorder. Many people that have been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder have a hard time being able to stay focused. This disease isn’t diagnosed by x-rays or blood tests. There are many people don’t think that this disease ADHD is a real disorder. The research shows that child with ADHD are gifted they have many different perspectives than most children. Ordinary things might not interest him, which makes teaching ADHD students that much more difficult. Finding things for your ADHD child will and is very difficult. There are myths that stand behind ADHD and say it’s not a medical condition. It’s just caused by the child needing a good discipline and the parents are known of having bad parenting skills. Many people think this disorder is a way for people to be lazy and act like they are dumb where they can receive the medication for they can feel drugged, and so that they can get a high. Most of the symptoms will present before the age of seven. The patient must have or had these symptoms for at least six months. They are seen in two or more settings that are not caused by other problems. The symptoms must be severe where it is to the point that they cause difficulties at home, school, and other functions. If a child is at home or at school when dealing with ADHD they will have problems with behaving, being able to sit still, and being able to stay focused. If they are at other functions and are having trouble behaving, being able to sit down and being able to pay attention. When a child or adult has ADHD it’s hard for them to pick the right friends because they are more of followers and because they want to be able to fit in. This is why the doctors, parent, and teachers need to set goals where they can keep track of the improvements that they are making. This can be challenging you might have to change your life style into one that works for the child. Both of the parents or the care giver needs to be on the same page as the doctor and as each other they can help the child that’s suffering from ADHD. The child that suffers from ADHD needs to feel loved and be reward for their good behavior, so they feel that they are not the outsider. Once the child is on the right ADHD medicine you will see improvement and they will be able to talk to
