EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
In this assignment I have written down about the megatrends the trends which are shaping work and workforce and working place. This is a market study done by CIPD in previous and this year. I have written down that how the trends have affects our global economy in previous 30 years and how there are some future trends going to affect our management. These are like globalisation and de – industrialisation, demographic change, female labour participation increase and many more. I have also given evidence about these trends. In this study I have also written that how the multinational companies can manage the trends for their profit. In this I have give PESTEL theory that how the trends affect on politics, economic, social, technologically, environmentally and legally on the organisation. Because of trends companies have to change their policies. The technology increase and they make some legal changes in laws because of female worker was also working in the company. This all means that in a company the work of an hr manager become hard and void. Which mean that an hr manager have to be multi skilled which can improve the productivity in less amount and have best employees in less salary. I also tell that in the past women employees are not able to do work freely because they were not allowed for that. After a long time and revolution female finally get the right to vote in 1880’s. And they get right to work. I mention that in future the trends will become reversed. The employee gives attention to fanatical and social performance and savings. The megatrends have made changes in our work, workforce and workplace in past but they are going to make changes in future also.

The first management trend I will cover is the utilisation of analytical tools to make evidence based decisions. We now collect more data than ever before, and have access to a growing stable of tools that have the capability to analysis data and provide information. This information can help managers and decision makers understand key metrics, discover new metrics and make more informed decisions. This can be applied where appropriate to short, medium and to long term business goals. Making informed decisions off more accurate data and the analysis of that data not only allows for decisions to be made with more assurance, it can reduce the debate in some sceneries that would have occurred between parties without that data analysis. This…

Woman, Work and Culture by Raquel Fernandez is the choice of journal that I choose. In this journal, culture can be defined as a body of share understanding, knowledge and practice, therefore to understand the differences of culture, space and social group is in working time. Then, culture has big impact to the economic outcome where it could be different across environments. When there are issues on economic phenomena, instead of culture’s role that needed explanation, traditional strategy has been used to interpret the variation with difference in the technology, policies and institution. Other than that, in the next few years time, the effect of culture will be so much more different that the culture that we used to know and it will be on a large set of questions. The main focus on this journal is about women’s participation in the formal labor market. In the 20th century, women’s role has almost certainly has changed as woman’s role in an organization has increased even though they are married throughout the years. This could be because the impact of the time period where there were some rises in service sector, the circulation of technology that allowed house chores become more easier and less energy consuming and contraception pills where legally sold in the market that allowed women to control their pregnancy level. Besides that, another survey has shown that the ongoing increase in women’s labor force is because of the steady growth in cultural beliefs on the proper role of woman in an organization. Indeed, another data shown that men whose mothers worked while they were growing up tend to be married to the women that also works. This shown that, the men’s mother played an important role in the change in female labor supply as when they are brought up by a working mother, they…

Mr. Osman stresses perhaps society will be destroyed by the problems where the woman go to work, as it change the normal situation should be. For example, men’s job has been taken by women, women cannot keep their household well as they are busy with their jobs and so do their husband. I agree with the writer, I have ever heard, my brother found easily a job in the past, but when the period had changed, where job vacancy was hard to find, he told me that he saw there are more woman than men in his workplace because the company where he worked had prioritized woman than men. Furthermore, i have ever had a friend, he looked so depressed every he saw his friend with their parents,…

Most of the Women’s careers may be considered by the men as a source of conflict, having the arguments such as women will end up neglecting their families’ responsibility thus changing the man’s influence and power, his incertitude regarding the competition in professionalism as well as the risk to weaken the marital relation. The new status of the women is affecting both the children and the man thus the woman who has been living a secret war as well (Parkin, 2011). Women should understand the need for the self-accomplishment by going to their workforce but should never forget that the traditional mindset is still affecting their modern vision since they need to be caregivers, mothers as well as wives to their husbands. In the current workforce, both the women and men will most likely fail in embracing the traditional roles of the gender than some years back, there has been a dramatical rise of stress for the working men over the years since there has been an increase in the kids as well as the household chores.
